In this creative and stimulating team building, participants design, market and launch a new product. The best start up is voted by the participants themselves after the pitch on stage.
The first challenge is to identify the role of each participant within the team, identifying their strengths: project manager, marketing, economics, design…
Then we move on to the main challenge:
- conceive the product to be presented trying to meet all business objectives
- design logos
- create the commercials using a specific app,
- interview potential consumers
- create the prototype of the product using the materials made available to the teams.
The final pitch will determine the winning team.
