Ice Team Building

Ice is a creative team building where teamwork, communication and organization are paramount.

Upon arrival the participants are divided into teams of 3-4 people to ensure maximum participation of all.

The possible activities are different:

Ice Breakers: from an already roughened block of ice, create the figure drawn.

Ice Exhibition: each team creates the chosen image from an intact block.

Ice Design: create the highest tower using the fusion technique.

Ice Fusion: all the teams work on a different part of the same work, then create the complete sculpture by joining all the parts with the technique of fusion.
