The scenario in which this teambuilding activity is articulated is that of a civil protection exercise.
The team must organize the base camp and leave, follow the instructions received, for some simulated missions to pass some tests.
Challenges of rescuing, building stretchers and first aid items, skill tests and much more.
This is a BASE CAMP, an exciting group experience capable of enhancing the skills of teamwork, strategy and organization.
The goal will be achieved through a collective contribution, accompanied by a careful division of roles and responsibilities. The critical areas tested will be:
- coordination of efforts
- management of times and contingencies
- enhancement of resources
- decision-making
- division of roles and competences
Participants will have to organize the tasks within the team in an appropriate way, evaluate and choose the resources and create a functioning structure made up of managers and operatives.
