A gift to build. We all want to make a difference in this world. Here is a team building activity that offers a rare opportunity to make a difference, with tangible results in the process of organizing a team, but also in the knowledge that we are doing something “useful”.
Equipped with tools and enthusiasm, the teams challenge each other by creating a team working to build “in a workmanlike way” bicycles for children.
Collaboration and the right division of roles are the keys to success. Once the time is up, everyone is ready to present their bikes… when a door opens suddenly: dozens of children run to get their bikes, get on the saddle and go!
Remember, the finale is a surprise for the participants of the event!
